Shipping Zones
Germany is divided into shipping zones based on postal code ranges. These zones determine transport price and lead time.
Our system automatically detects the zone of the delivery address and factors it into pricing. When creating your shipment, you’ll see the assigned zone and its cost impact.

Shipping Calculation
Two methods: parcels or pallets, depending on order quantity and volume.
Parcel shipping
- Small quantities consolidated as individual parcels.
- First to the central warehouse, then to consignee.
- Priced by parcel size/weight and destination zone.
Pallet shipping
- Larger quantities commissioned on pallet(s).
- Transport via intermediate hubs to consignee.
- Priced by number of pallets, height/volume and zone.
Basis
- Total cost = sum of transport legs + final delivery.
- Key factors: pallets, dimensions/height, weight/volumetric weight, ZIP (zone).
- Ensures the most economical method per order.
Pricing Logic & Routes
Launch (2 legs):
- Leg A: Türkiye (Istanbul) ➝ Ungerhausen (consolidation).
- Leg B: Ungerhausen ➝ destination ZIP (zone per table).
- Pallets: Pallet position + handling/consolidation + services (pre-advice, tail-lift, time window).
- Parcels: Carrier pricing by weight/vol. weight + zone.
- Formula:
Total = A + B + surcharges (fuel index, island/remote)
Scaling (South/Mid/North hubs): Ungerhausen · Rheine · Leipzig. System auto-selects nearest hub.
