The Packlando platform offers sellers a convenient seller review feature that allows them to easily collect customer feedback about their online store. In addition to collecting feedback, sellers have a wide range of options.

Bulk options

• Mark Pending: This action enables you to mark selected reviews as “Pending.” It’s useful when you want to subject multiple reviews to further review or assessment before they are approved for publication.
• Mark Spam: Selecting this action allows you to label chosen reviews as “Spam.” If you’ve identified multiple reviews containing irrelevant, promotional, or inappropriate content, you can mark them as spam to prevent their publication.
• Mark Trash: By choosing this action, you can move selected reviews to the “Trash” bin. If certain reviews are no longer needed or deemed inappropriate, you can collectively move them to the trash and subsequently delete them permanently from the system.

Author

This column displays the name or identifier of the user who submitted the review.

Comment

This column contains the actual text of the review or comment provided by the author. This section captures the user’s thoughts, opinions, or experiences related to the product.

Link to

This column provides a hyperlink that connects directly to the specific product associated with the review. It allows users or administrators to quickly access the page or item being reviewed.

Rating

This column presents the visual representation of the rating given by the author for the product or service. Ratings range from 1 to 5, with 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest. It offers a quick indication of the author’s overall satisfaction level with the product or service.
