General Details of Support Tickets
Filters
On the “SUPPORT TICKETS” page, you will find filters that enable you to refine and manage the display of support tickets.
Specific criteria filter
The filter block provides you with an interactive interface to refine your ticket search based on specific criteria. Here’s an overview of each field:
- Customer Name: This dropdown menu labeled “Customer Name” allows you to filter support tickets by selecting a specific customer’s name. It provides a list of customers’ names to choose from. When you select a customer’s name, the list of support tickets will be filtered to show only those associated with the chosen customer.
- Date Range: This input field labeled “Select Date Range” lets you choose a specific time frame within which you want to view support tickets. You can enter the starting and ending dates to narrow down the results to tickets submitted within that period. The date range you select will refine the displayed tickets accordingly.
- Ticket ID or Keyword: In this input field labeled “Ticket ID or Keyword,” you can enter either a specific ticket ID or a keyword related to a support ticket. This filter helps you quickly locate tickets that match the provided information, making it easier to find specific tickets based on their unique identifier or content.

Status filters
In this section, you can see the breakdown of support tickets based on their status. The numbers within the parentheses indicate the count of tickets in each corresponding status category. Specifically:
- All Tickets: This refers to the total number of support tickets, regardless of their current status. It provides an overview of all the tickets that have been submitted.
- Open Tickets: This category shows the number of support tickets that are currently in an “open” status. These tickets are still awaiting resolution or response.
- Closed Tickets: This category indicates the count of support tickets that have been resolved and are now in a “closed” status. These tickets have been successfully addressed and closed.
