Order details view provides a comprehensive breakdown of a specific order, offering essential information and insights into the order’s attributes and progression. This view offers a closer look at the individual order’s contents, customer details, billing and shipping information, as well as its current status and related actions.

General Details

In this section, you will find the order status, order date, earnings amount of a specific order, customer number, email address, phone number, customer IP, and so on.

Order Note

You have the option to include extra comments on an order and classify them as either customer notes or private notes when viewing the order details. If you select customer notes, the customer will be notified via email for each note added. On the other hand, if you choose private notes, only you will receive an email notification.

Tracking Number

At the bottom of the “Order Notes” block, you can find the “Tracking Number” button.

The “Tracking Number” option allows you to input and associate a tracking number with the order. This is particularly useful for orders that are being shipped or delivered. By entering the tracking number and clicking the associated button, you can provide customers with a means to track the progress and status of their order during shipping or delivery. This enhances transparency and communication with your customers, keeping them informed about their order’s journey.

Tracking Number functionality:

1. To utilize the Tracking Number feature, click on the “Tracking Number” button located at the bottom of the “Order Notes” block.
2. Upon clicking the button, a new block will appear, offering three input fields for tracking information.
3. Fill in the details:
   
   • Enter the name or URL of the shipping provider.
   • Input the shipment’s tracking number.
   • Specify the shipping date.
4. Once the details are provided, click the “Add Tracking Details” button.
5. Subsequently, the data will be promptly updated, and a new note containing the comprehensive tracking details will be seamlessly added to the order record.

Order Items

The “Order Items” block provides a detailed overview of the products included in a specific order. This block presents the following information:

• Items List: This table presents a list of the ordered items, along with significant information pertaining to each individual item.
• Packlando Shipping: This section displays the shipping cost for the order and the tax.
• Additional fee for: This section displays the additional fee for the order, if such is charged.
• Discount: This section displays any deductions or reductions applied to the order total, which can result from promotional codes, discounts, or special offers.
• Shipping: This section displays the shipping cost for the order.
• Tax: This area indicates the amount of tax included in the order total, ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations.
• Order Total: The “Order Total” section represents the total amount that the customer needs to pay for the order, including any applicable taxes and fees.
• Refunded: This section indicates any amount that has been refunded to the customer for this order.

Items list table

• Item: This column lists the names of the ordered items.
• Cost: This column shows the individual cost of each item.
• Qty: This column displays the quantity of each item that has been ordered.
• Total: This column calculates the total cost of each item based on its quantity and cost.
• Tax: This column shows the amount of tax applicable to each item, contributing to the overall tax for the order.

Uploaded files

The “Uploaded files” block allows to download files with additional information, such as print details and so on.

Shipments

The “Shipments” block allows to manage the delivery: Create new shipment or Update the data about the already created delivery.

The Delivery Status of the Order is displayed in the order list table (Shipment column).

Addresses

The “Addresses” blocks provides essential information about the billing and shipping addresses associated with a specific order. This blocks presents the following details:

• Billing Address: This section displays the billing address of the customer who placed the order. It includes the recipient’s name, street address, postal/zip code, city, state/province, and country.
• Shipping Address: This section shows the shipping address where the ordered products will be delivered. It includes the recipient’s name, street address, postal/zip code, city, state/province, and country.
